Shipping orders are made throughout Greece.

With a cost of € 50 and below, shipping costs are € 2.70.

Shipping costs over 50 € are free of charge.

RETURNS

The customer has the right to withdraw the order within 14 days. In other words, he can request the cancellation of his order or its return within 14 days from the day of receipt. In case of return you can request a change or refund within 14 days. Regarding the process: First, inform the Commercial Department either by phone at 231 060 1494 or by email at [email protected], that you want to make a change and state the returns and the desired products. Courier (Speedex) is invited to come and pick up from your place and send the products you change with a recipient charge and special delivery-receipt treatment. Studiokotoglou.shop proceeds to immediate shipment of the desired products when it receives the returned products from the courier. For any change, studiokotoglou.shop is charged with all shipping costs.

In any case the returned products must be in the condition received by the customer. This means:
They should not be damaged and their packaging should be the one that normally accompanies the product.
It should be in excellent condition (with their factory packaging, ie box, jellies and including the special markings of the product (cards)).
Be accompanied by all the documents with which the product was delivered (eg Retail Receipt, Invoice, etc.).
If the above conditions are met, you are free to send it back to us for replacement. Otherwise we reserve the right not to accept the return.
It is noted that the returned products MUST be sent to the following address by Speedex courier and recipient charge.

In case a customer returns a product to a different address from the above, there will be an additional charge of € 2.70, which concerns the shipping that will occur for the return of the parcel to the correct destination.
