9. Order cancellation – Right of withdrawal
It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases:

Within 14 calendar days from the day you received the product, you have the right to return it and get your money back. Refunds are always made at the purchase price of the product on the day of purchase, minus 2.70 euros related to shipping costs. Refunds to a bank other than AlphaBank, Eurobank and Ethniki are subject to an additional charge of € 1.5 relating to bank transfer fees.
It is reminded that a refund is made only in case of use of the right of withdrawal. In case of change with another product of lower value, you are entitled to a discount coupon of value equal to the resulting difference, minus 2.70 euros related to the shipping costs of the change.
In any case, if you choose any other way to return the product other than the Speedex courier, you will be charged with the cost of the return that will have been charged to our company.
